You can request deletion here without installing the app. Sign in with the account used for Magic Wonderland.

Permanently delete your Magic Wonderland account, child profiles, names and pronunciation guides, Santa memories, call history, transcripts, preferences, and credit history. This cannot be undone.

Access is revoked when your request is accepted. Pending calls are cancelled, and no new calls can start. Stop any live call before continuing. Unused credits are lost; deletion does not issue a refund. This app currently has no paid checkout or subscriptions.

Cleanup starts after a one-hour safety window for calls and requests already in progress. Keep your private receipt to check progress without signing in. We aim to finish without undue delay and respond within one month.

A transcript necessary for an open legal claim may remain restricted until its stated review date. Provider records that need manual verification remain pending; we do not report full deletion until that work is resolved.

Restricted backups expire within 35 days and security logs within 30 days. A minimal deletion receipt and hashed access-blocking identifiers remain for 90 days after completion to prevent restoration of deleted data. They cannot be used to restore your account.

Private status receipt

Save this before confirming. Anyone with it can see the request status, but cannot see your account data. It remains available for 90 days after completion.
